Mr Jalundhwala has been based in New York City area since 2000 and has over 26 years of diverse professional experience in the areas of institutional capital raising, investment advisory, management consulting and corporate finance. He is FINRA registered and holds the Series 7 & 66 licenses as a Registered Representative at Stonehaven LLC.
Since 2004, Mr Jalundhwala has worked with institutions & family offices globally providing investment advisory services largely on alternative investments and has specialized in institutional capital raising for private equity, venture capital & hedge fund managers and private companies, from origination to distribution, and has successfully secured numerous commitments from global investors. On origination, Mr Jalundhwala focuses on three regions - the US, Asia and India. On distribution, he has developed and expanded significant institutional relationships with development financial institutions, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, endowments & foundations, insurance companies, bank platforms, fund of funds & family offices across North America, UK, Western Europe, GCC Region and Southeast Asia including India. Prior to founding Conflux Capital, Mr Jalundhwala worked for past 16 years on institutional capital raising & corporate consulting as a Managing Director with firms - Bradley Woods & Bhargava Capital and on investment advisory as a Managing Director with Blue Spruce Global Advisors & as a Financial Advisor with UBS. Before that, he spent 4 years on management consulting (strategy & business technology transformation with a focus on CRM solutions) with firms - Ernst & Young Consulting and Kyra Infotech Consulting for their financial services, pharma & telecom sector clients - JP Morgan Chase, Key Bank, Cigna, Johnson & Johnson, Sprint & Motorola. Prior to re-locating to US in 1999, he spent the first 6 years of his career in India as a Head of Corporate Finance, Finance Executive & Engineer with firms - Gujarat State Financial Services, Larsen & Toubro and Ingersoll Rand respectively.
Mr. Jalundhwala is an Advisor to a leading fintech SaaS platform company that provides end-to-end integrated solutions with a focus on front office & middle office processes for the alternative investment management industry. He is also a member of the Advisory team of a leading sustainable "water from air" solutions company that caters to B2B & B2G customers. He has completed a Strategic Management Program (Tech & Business Strategy) from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a CRM Core Consultant Program from The Oracle Siebel University, an MBA-Finance from Mumbai University, a DBF-Accounting & Finance from ICFAI University and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat University.
